Nothing was resolved

Very poor. I couldn’t complete my order on line because I think you don’t ship to Hawaii. I contacted you by email asking, “where do you ship & where don’t you ship.” No one has ever answered me 🥲

Wrong package items sent to me with my shipping label. And missing one package. It has been one month since I submitted my request, but my request still not getting resolved.
