Am or am I not getting a product I ordered from you? When I placed my order you said it was rejected but my credit card was used for the purchase. What is going on?

Awful. Zero help. Just abysmal.

There is not a location in my area for me to try the cushion foundation to get a color match. Therefore, I requested a sample card. Apparently you do not offer that and expect me to pay for a full-size sample and then have to pay shipping back-and-forth until I find the correct one. Seriously? Not going to happen and I cannot see anyone being willing to do that especially during these hard times of inflation. Your loss

Face product stained my towels and customer service just disregarded my concerns without so much as asking for pictures. They took over 2 weeks to get back to me and in the meantime, someone from the company researched me on LinkedIn. How is that common practice?

I have enjoyed Amore Pacific for years, but sadly have to go elsewhere. I have an allergy and after repeatedly asking the company what products have this particular allergen, I got no answers. Moving onto companies that are more transparent.
