Poor customer service spoiled everything

Horrible customer service. Poor response time, paid extra for 2 days shipping and item arrived after 12 days. Still waiting for refund!

Terrible customer service never have to deal with any company before that that takes for 2 months to refund you. I still haven't received my refund.

Until i get a refund or my products sent, I cannot comment. Ups lost my package in December and its still not resolved I do like the products

I have never seen customer service like this. It took one month to get refund and no one follows up quickly. I will never order anything from the website
