I find it impossible to use your website. I ordered my products from Bloomingdales. You CANNOT order from your site. I have used amorespecific for a few years and find it exceptional for my skin type! Time response-skin smoother, serums, anti aging compact with spf. Facial peel treatment-gental cleaners- foam cleanser- now the plumping cream

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I submitted an order on 09/7, received an email shipping confirmation on 09/9, yet I never received the order. I sent numerous emails and made two phone calls to Hong Kong, and have yet to get a phone call back. I finally got an email back and instead of RE shipping the order as I requested, they simply refunded my order. The customer service is subpar as they let a regular customer just walk away instead of offering a solution.
