USAcrylic did a good job embedding the metal plate and screws that healed a broken bone.

The awards were nice, reasonably priced, and on time. Our company ordered a couple dozen and they were all good quality. Customer service was great as well in the design phase. I recommend you know exactly what you want and sort of mock it up to save time but they will help you if not.
