Are you looking for great customer service and a remarkable product finish? I inquired via email about the repair of a product purchased elsewhere. Within 2 days, I had a response from Sales Manager Gloria who was very attentive and responsive to my needs. It was evident from the conversation that Gloria was experienced and had the institutional knowledge to handle my request. After sharing photos of the item with Gloria and shipping item to them, the repair was completed and shipped within 15 days. It should be noted that I contacted US Acrylic after being told by three other award/acrylic companies that the manner I wanted the repair to be performed, was not possible. Excellent customer service with regular updates and exceptional quality at a very fair price. I would recommend without any reservations. Kudos to the entire team at US Acrylic for valuing customer service and its commitment to excellence.
