The whole team at US Acrylic Awards was great to work with from start to finish. This was my first time ordering awards ever. I spent a few days initially looking around the Southern California area (where I am located) at our local awards shops selection and pricing but found that US Acrylic Awards had just as good or better selection and much better pricing. I needed the awards delivered within a week and a half of when I placed the initial order to make it in time for our university film festival. Gloria our sales rep was instrumental in getting everything turned around and shipped quickly. She even connected me with the award designer when I had a specific design file question. The designer was very helpful also. We got the awards two days before the actual event, 7 business days after I started the whole process! I got a proof within less than 24 hours of submitting my initial design and when I asked for an adjustment to the design I got that back just as quickly. You can tell that the people at this company care about their customers. I also love that when I called, I would actually get a real person answering the phone every time and not some automated phone tree system. The awards looked great and just like the proofs. My order was for a film festival at our university and the winning students liked the awards and said they would be proud to display it. Now that I've found this amazing company I will make sure to order from them in the future and also order ahead of time.
