Product is very good and i am fully satisfied with it. it is micro-controller controlled and having digital display for temperature with is awesome.

I received the item after a delay without any Invoice. when informed the call center I was informed that the Invoice would be sent by mail in 10 mts but 2 days have passed and the Invoice is still not received. I am not sure whether you are paying the VAT or not. I need the Invoice immediately or I shall complain the matter to the Consumer court and also the Sale tax office.
