ORDERED TWO DAY DELIVERY-----YOOK ALMOST 2 WKS!

I pay for 3 day shipping but it was nearly 6 days to ship. Not acceptable.

I ordered custom bottle engraving. My bottle arrived with no engraving and I never received any communication that there was an issue. I could either ship the bottle back for engraving, which was too time consuming as this was a gift for someone. I was only offered half of my shipping fee refunded. Pretty disappointing experience and I think I’ll shop around at other stores in the future.

Absolutely zero customer service. Almost a month to fill the order and no response to my emails.

Have not received my order, and the info. On shipping has been deleted.
