I feel the delay between purchase and shipping could be shorter. Have had very good success in receiving orders in good shape. Only once did the shipper compromise a good bottle. Packing material is far superior to others. Will buy more again.

Everything was great with the exception of delays in shipping. Took almost two weeks to ship then another week to arrive. Other than that i am very pleased. Bottles were packed well and arrived in great shape.

Delivery location was incorrect ( ? Me or software) but corrected with a UPS access point. Japanese single malt is very smooth!!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my fiancé. Our favorite movie 🥹 I just wish it was bubble wrapped inside the box because the label on the bottle is peeling a little.

Overall very pleased with my service. There was a delay, due to one product being out of stock, but was not listed that way on the site. I had to reach out to see why it was taking so long. It would have been nice to have had some communication about that fact.
