Uptown Spirits great, delivery service not so much. Lack of communication on delivery status and delivery date non-existent. I used there app (shop) and all it noted was order was placed and that was it until it arrived on my doorstep 2 weeks later.

They delivered the product I ordered and were extremely responsive to my concerns!

Service from Uptown is fine. However, on one of my orders, your carrier actually left my shipment outside on the sidewalk in this downtown area full of persons who would not be adverse to stealing! I am in a security spartment building that requires delivery personnel to gain entrance by means of a call box! So many of them are on the job with no training!

Great site and products. Had no problems ordering and will order again
