Uptown Spirits has been great to work with. The selection of bottles is appealing as many are not available in my area. The customer service is outstanding. I recently had an issue with the parcel delivery company who completely dropped the ball and ending up returning the order to Uptown Spirits. The customer service team at Uptown Spirits was quick to intervene and help resolve the issue.
