Having dry mouth symptoms

Received envelopes but they were ripped and crumpled. Sent it back with instructions on video and to address only to receive email after telling me to send it an address with a tracking number. I didn't do that the first time. Sent email no response. I wasted money I didn't have for information I really felt I needed

I’m unable to review the product because I haven’t received it.

It took three weeks, was sent the the wrong product twice and it was not correct until the third shipment.
