Efficient

I sleep much better on this formula and I have started dreaming again since I have been taking this magnesium. I find the price a little high compared to other magnesium formulas. Thank You for the much needed rest !

My experience was fantastic and very informative. Will be using this in my preventative healthcare journey.

Shipping was fast

Everyone at Upgraded Formulas has been very understanding as I try to figure out what is and is not working. Something’s that I was taking in the past maybe felt like it was making me worse, but really was missing something major and that was and is my problem.
