Lid was busted when it arrived.

It gave me headaches the next morning. It didn’t help calm my mind when having racing thoughts.

My sleep has been worse than normal since I started

Not enough capsules for the cost. One dose is more like 4 or 5 capsules. Quality is good but not any bang for the buck. Sorry
