The other tea I ordered Chapparal is horrible tasting. Can I send that back. I cant bring my self to drink it.

My package was lost. Never received it or any offers from the company except go through the carrier. That’s fine however UPS hasn’t provided anything either so I lost money

I have not received anything this is taking way too long

I have been waiting for almost a month for my orders. I reached out in the beginning with no response. I had to cancel my subscriptions in order for someone to reach out to give me information for my missing orders. I was told on August 3rd my orders were shipped out and given two tracking numbers for the orders that was supposed to be shipped out. I checked the tracking number 8 days later because I still did not have my orders. Only to find out the tracking numbers were duds. I reached out again to find out why those tracking numbers said canceled. When I was told they were shipped out. I'm frustrated that it's almost a month in 2 days and I don't have my orders and I have to keep sending emails about my orders.
