I know your product is good but disappointing that the on I received was damaged

Waste of money

The controller feels very rigid and does not appear to be genuine. It is also priced higher than other listings, which led me to believe it was original. However, it does not give the feel of an authentic product, and I’m not satisfied with it at all.

The TV remote doesn’t work unless not work unless I’m 50cm away from the TV! It’s a poor product because it doesn’t do what a remote is designed for!
