Dealing with this Company was smooth from ordering to receipt and quality of goods. Delivery was [prompt, packaging more than adequate and product was exactly what we required. We will be ordering more as they were for a rental on our campsite and they tend to go missing on occasions. We now feel confident in purchasing additional ones to have for the other rooms. Have told the campers here about the site as we all need replacement controls at some time. Thank you
