I have been using snoods from Buff for many years, so I purchased a couple from you recently and, yet again, I found them to be incredibly versatile. Unfortunately, I lost one of them (Cashmere design) during a walk on Christmas Day and was obviously devastated! I know this is quite forward of me, but I wondered if you would be so kind enough to send me a complimentary replacement snood to significantly ease the disappointment of losing such a quality item? BTW, I did have a very good Christmas and New Year.
