Packages came well packed and quickly. I started mixing with her other food and she picks your out first and waits. Then she finally eats the regular food. I just decided to put each one in a separate dish so she doesn't spit the less preferred on on the floor before she finally ears it. Have only tried the turkey and chicken so far. Her other food is also chicken, but she still likes yours first!

Great product easy to store and make. I simply add some warm water to rehydrate and bingo ready to eat Highly recommended
