Service is great and delivery on time. However I have attempted several times to request details of Swan points to use and this service falls well short of their usual honest service. Only use imminent when it is.

Not result good

Flash lift had bottles missing. GDC wanted me to blame courier the box was a bit dented but intact. Took 6 days for them to respond. They request a photo but I had recycled box. Basically they refused any help. I have spent over £1200 with them in past year but will not use again. This was second issue a premier cream was wrongly addressed and they took ages to sort. Shocking customer service.
