You did absolutely awful. Where is my order???? No recommendations from me. Terrible company. No customer service. Please see I get my order or a refunf

I have never received my order. There is no helpline and my emails are ignored. I have therefore paid a significant amount of money for no products. I was looking forward to increasing my collection of products having tried them at a spa but the whole experience has been challenging and unpleasant. I have never needed to complain before about a product or service before and certainly never given a 1 star rating but this has left me feeling very frustrated and upset. I hope this makes its way to someone who can help.

The worst experience ever. My order never arrived and customer service never replied and I did not recieve a refund. Paid nearly £80 and lost the whole thing. NEVER AGAIN
