Had a little trouble with sizing, but return process was easy

Shipping was fast and efficient.

I wasn't sure of the prices since the tariffs were placed but the website stated the price was all inclusive. . . so I bought the shoe I was contemplating since it was on sale. Boy am I glad I did! Solid boots that are comfortable. I'm glad I bought a half size down because it fits like a glove on my feet right now and the gaucho leather was exactly what I expected.

Love the boots so far. I did put new insoles in them. Stylish and comfortable. Had to return a pair for size issue. A bit complicated but was successful. Emails were returned in a fairly timely manner and were cordial and helpful.
