Great customer service, I returned a pair of that boots that were ordered one size down as recommended by a London retailer. Really easy return and very quick refund. I have now ordered my true size and they fit perfectly. Good sized toe box with enough room for thicker socks, so far no rubbing and no need to break them in. The boots are a bit too shiny for my personal preference however everything else about them are spot on! Classic daily boot design that has stood the test of time.
