I purchased some boots for my son at Christmas but unfortunately the leather cracked and creased really quickly. I got in touch and a lady called Val helped me. After sending photos she arranged for a replacement pair of alternative boots to be ordered . They arrived promptly. Excellent customer service. Hoping the new boots will fair better than the originals .
