I had a really bad start with my carbonator 3 appliance however this was resolved within a few emails where I had to provide photos and video footage. I initially missed the initial reply but it was in my junk mail and wasn’t obvious it came from Aarke - that is my only criticism.

A superb purchase as I can now give up buying water in plastic bottles , and have water all the time.
