Desperately trying to return cylinders but when I went to Yodel service point it didn't work. Got through to support once 12 days ago and they said they would send a new return label but I've not heard since. I have tried contacting with various methods 4 times since! Automated emails still coming through threatening to charge me £25 per cylinder as I haven't returned them!!

I'm afraid to say that shipping was slow and lack of response to my concerns regarding the replacement item is disappointing.
