Quick delivery. Items were well-packaged. It's a pity that E-Cloths are not biodegradable.

Cloths great. Shipping update would be helpful, but overall very pleased with delivery.

Shipping and arrival times - good But a simple issue was / could not be resolved and that is the mark of a competent company.

A fair attempt at resolving what was materially a minor problem. But to get the same thing wrong TWICE was disappointing.

Love the clothes, but the loyalty program really falls short. Even after hitting the £20 minimum with points, they still charge for shipping, and the setup pushes you to spend more instead of letting you redeem all your points at once. Great products, frustrating rewards system.
