Good delivery experience and support. They did all they could for me, but my problem with the brakes needs to be addressed by someone riding it and feeling what I feel as it’s not an issue that can seen or recorded

I love my Cowboy and to be clear I love my bike for many different reasons. Curiously its not how the bike looks and nor is it to do with the electric assistance or the speed of the bike, etc, because more importantly, it is about how the Cowboy rides. Riding a Cowboy is the journey you want from a great bike which provides an exceptional ride. Its so silky smooth and while I enjoy the peddling and coasting experience, my Cowboy seems to enjoy it more than me....
