Absolutely terrible experience.
I ordered a bag and specifically requested certain colours, even following up with customer service twice to make it clear. When it arrived, it was completely different from what I asked for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again—same issue all over again. Clearly, customer requests are either ignored or the system just doesn’t allow for any level of choice.
If you’re selling products where colour varies, you should give the option of requesting colours. Companies like FREITAG manage this perfectly by showing the exact item or at least offering clear options—so customers know what they’re actually buying.
To make matters worse, I was then charged £3 for returning something that was wrong due to their own incompetence. That’s unacceptable.
Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I won’t be ordering again.
