Lost out on postage plus a ridiculous £3 charge on top to return an item.

Customer experience: the delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my package, I was by the door when i received a message saying "attempt failed". I tried to reschedule it, but Royal Mail said I needed a card which the driver left, the driver DID NOT LEAVE or attempted to do my delivery. I was heartbroken I couldn't take my new backpack on my trip, which was incredibly frustrating.

I did not receive the backpack I ordered - I wrote to Cotopaxi twice and did not receive any answer! So my experience so far it is very bad

I ordered a bag and specifically requested certain colours, even following up with customer service twice to make it clear. When it arrived, it was completely different from what I asked for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again—same issue all over again. Clearly, customer requests are either ignored or the system just doesn’t allow for any level of choice. If you’re selling products where colour varies, you should give the option of requesting colours. Companies like FREITAG manage this perfectly by showing the exact item or at least offering clear options—so customers know what they’re actually buying. To make matters worse, I was then charged £3 for returning something that was wrong due to their own incompetence. That’s unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I won’t be ordering again.

I’m really disappointed with this fleece. I ordered my usual size, and I also checked the size chart on your website to make sure the measurements matched what I normally wear. Despite that, it turned out enormous, far too long and wide, more like a parachute than a fitted fleece. The material also feels thin and poor in quality. Definitely not what I expected from Cotopaxi.
