After my trial use, I find the gel provides energy for one hour and has stopped calf muscle cramps. I will continue to buy the product.

I have tried both the Energy Gel and Energy Bars First the Gel .. it is terrific... I am diabetic and periodically have " sugar crashed" late in longer runs over five miles. They are both uncomfortable and dangerous. The gels have worked great... Absolutely no issues, and they taste good As for the energy bars... They taste great and shorten my run recovery time significantly Both products are well worth the cost and I recommend them while heatedly.
