Very disappointed with the products purchased, my skin is full of bumps

Poor shipping and til now have not received the item very disappointed especially with the price you pay for a small skincare 15ml. Should have been better

Here’s a revised version of the customer review with a more polished tone: --- I was really excited to try these creams, but unfortunately, my experience with shipping has been disappointing. My order took weeks to arrive, and although the website advertised free delivery, I was charged AED 400 (around £80) in customs fees upon delivery. This unexpected charge and the long wait have dampened my excitement before I’ve even had a chance to try the products. I hope this issue can be addressed for future customers.
