Kinda disappointed this go around with the product.

All around great service.

Reasonably fast shipping. ATV arrived in good condition (Pentora 200 EFI). ATV arrived with chain much too tight. Submitted tech ticket but never heard back. Ended up fixing it my self by adding half link to the chain (530 chain in case you have the same issue). Also all grease fittings were dry so make sure to grease everything.
