So far the dirt bikes run great. I paid for them to be assembled and PDI. I have already had nuts fall off that weren’t tight and the top is the carburetor fell off because it wasn’t screwed on tight.

Arrived in good condition despite the carrier placing something else on top of it (which they weren't supposed to do). Rides well, doesn't have a very good turn radius. The throttle limiter is okay, but the engine bogs down when it's pretty low. The representative I spoke to said it would arrive my son's birthday and seemed very confident, when we called the shipper they told us it wouldn't.

Slow responses when asking a simple question, sales people don’t know anything about the bikes they sell. If there’s a problem with the bike you have to figure it out yourself. However if you can figure out the part that’s damaged, they will send a replacement part pretty quickly. The best way to communicate is by sending text message or emails. You usually get a quicker response with accuracy and concern.
