Tx Power sports fantastic job handling my questions and concerns. The bike I received had some shipping damage which was quickly corrected and I received a replacement parts in less than a weeks time and manufacturer‘s paperwork a couple days later by FedEx. The state registration was easy and straightforward, and State Farm was able to find my motorcycle in the system with in a matter of seconds…. The RPS Cross County looks even better in person and draws a lot of attention to itself, you simply can’t beat it for the price. Honestly, I was a little concerned with some of the comments left, but I had a great experience with Tx power Sports and will be using them again in the future.

Bike arrived fully assembled ready to ride. I was worried about shipping damage where a lot of people see issues buying like this, but to my surprise the bike was strapped down tight and no damage was seen at all. Shipping from Tx to VA was done fast from TXPS but the shipping company was a problem itself. Customer service has been awesome with any questions or concerns I had and always responded back in 30 minutes.

Tx was great. My motorcycle shipped and arrived fast and their was no noticeable damage being shipped for Texas to Michigan. Thank you.
