Product fine, but took 2 phone calls to get someone that had customer service skills. The first call, couldn't understand the staff member, referred to a supervisor, supervisor decision made me decide to hold off. It was just an enquiry. 30 seconds for an answer. Reluctant to recommend tv shop as it's not the first time. The 4 stars are only because of the second operator who had the customer service skills. Please note, I was doing customer service training for staff.

The cubbi arrived in quick time we’ll packaged. I use it every day. Only downside very heavy to move

The e- mails are good to see the product, but getting some what unhappy with alot of the same e-mail with in the same day.
