I actually thought that I was supporting a local small business but no not at all

I would prefer it if you went back to delivery via courier. Australia Post only delivers to the post office and I have to drive there, collect a 10kg parcel over the counter, carry it to my car, load it in and unload again at home. The reason I ordered online was that it was delivered to my house.

Only bad because I haven't received the item yet. AUSPOST said delayed but I can even find out where the item is

My order took over 2 weeks and I had to ring to find out if it was a fake place and I’d lost my money. Once I rang my order was delivered a week later. So not happy with how long it took.

I received the wrong order. Emailed to inform of this and was supposed to be contacted back but heard nothing at all.
