I have not been happy. I have an ulcerated sore in my mouth. Also, my teeth have not gotten whiter at all using not the snow toothpaste and magic powder. I am not happy at all and would like my money back.

This was a horrible experience. I tried to cancel the order I made immediately after placing because the cost changed from the Snow website to the PayPal checkout. So I was charged for gifts with purchase and shipping that was supposed to be free. I emailed to follow up that I cancelled and it was ignored. I ended up being charged an extra $100 than I was expecting. When I contacted customer service I got generic answers that did not address my problem and was told to return the purchase but I would not recoup the shipping. I disputed in PayPal and the person I spoke with there said they would refund my shipping and it has never been done. I returned everything and had to pay for shipping that was tacked on by surprise.

never got the order!!! Ive reached out to customer service several times and no response. Terrible!!

It never showed up. Said it was delivered but never received.

Found out it is a product of China. I would like a refund please.
