Never got my order & I feel like you guys robbed me

Did not receive product or any order number. Emails were vague and zero information. Customer service said they couldn’t find my email address and yet here you are emailing me about my order! The same order you folks can’t refund cause apparently you can’t find it. Would not recommend

Took a very long time to get product and my teeth look no different.
