Product didn’t have any noticeable change after a week of use

Terrible Experience – Order Never Arrived It’s been over 3 months since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. No tracking info, no updates, no response from customer service. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company—I won’t be ordering again.

Doesn’t do what it claims. Have been brushing teeth twice a day for the past week and my teeth haven’t changed a shade.

Your website allowed me to order a product that was out of stock for weeks, and when it finally arrived, I used it for over a week, during which time, I found that a significant amount of the product was wasted with each use, which feels like throwing my money away, especially since it wasn't inexpensive. I had high hopes for its effectiveness, ease of use, and overall experience, but it has fallen far short of my expectations. I've reached out twice now for a refund, but no response. . .
