Order took forever to ship

My product took approximately two weeks to ship. I was beginning to think that I was being “ripped off”

Took forever to get and it doesn’t work

Shipping took a long time

I have no complaints about service or quality. My complaint is about how hard it is to change replacement head. My whole toothbrush is now broken. Loose wires and all.
