Customer service could be better

I only started using it a week ago, and I see a slight improvement. The pump on the serum bottle was broken so I have to unscrew the entire top of the bottle to get the serum onto my toothbrush. It's a but frustrating because I feel that I'm not getting enough of the serum that I need to brush.

Does not make much of a difference.

I guess it was ok. I ordered it for two day shipping and I think it showed up a bit later. But maybe it was 2 days from when they shipped. Product hasn’t worked as advertised in my opinion. But I have it so I’ll use it
