Love the item, really works, but broke after one year. Was difficult being able to reach Customer Service, but once I did they replaced it.

Delivery is fine. Just took a bit longer than expected but item arrived sound and secure,

It took a long time to ship but worth the wait.

So far so good. I've only used them twice.
