The product was good I some how got auto shipments and now I can’t stop them

Horrible customer service and even worse tasting product.

The product tastes like fizzy Tang. It gave me diarrhea. It is not returnable for full price unless unopened so I was stuck with it. I did not realize it is an auto refill and even though I canceled they had already shipped more. I tried to return the unopened box and was told yes I would get a refund by email but I had to call and get more info. Once I called I was told I would have to pay the return postage and only get a partial refund. I was given a 50% refund and told to keep the product. Now I had 2 shipments of a horrible product. I took it to a family party and could not even give it away for free...no one liked it! Horrible customer service and a horrible product.

It's not your fault, I think I it was stolen off my porch. But usually they send me a picture of where they put it and they didn't this time. I'm suspicious.

I have sent several emails to try and request a return authorization for a second shipment that I never ordered, with NO response to my request. I have tried calling the phone number on my credit card statement, to only be disconnected after several rings. I do not recommend purchasing!
