I did not care for the flavor firstly nor did I experience the alleged benefits. As well, I have emailed the recommended email address twice to process my return without response. Also, I have received another shipment though never knowingly agreed to additional shipments. I cannot find a customer service number anywhere online. I am extremely upset and disappointed.

I have been taking liquid Einstein for about 7 days now and felt no difference. Very disappointed.

I signed up for a 1 time only order and was charged for and sent another order.

Honestly I’ve had the product and I don’t even care to use it because the customer service was so bad I’m not excited about it. The website was misleading and I accident purchased 3 months instead of 1. I emailed MINUTES later and they told me it was too late to change the orders because they were already on their way. They absolutely couldn’t have been and weren’t and I got a tracking number days later and only when I asked for it. The return policy is a joke and not worth the hassle. Don’t buy this. If you want two unopened boxes email me (shaddae@gmail.com) and I’ll self then to you both for 20 dollars plus shipping cost.
