i expected more because of the hype. sauce was okay but did not live up to my expectations.

I purchased products in January and only 5 months later did the issues get resolved. Initial order got lost in the system and I had to follow up to receive them a couple of months later. Then when they arrived some products were out of date and it took another few months of me following up to get that issue rectified. Often my emails went unanswered and then I was asked multiple times to send the same information to prove the issue. It was truly an awful experience from a customer service perspective. I won’t be purchasing from Truff again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either. Such a shame because the products are actually good but the customer service really lets it down.

Been a month and still don't have product

Truff salt is a waste of money. 1/10

I bought truff sauce a week ago... Stop smashing me with emails!! Ironically i love it.. but your emails might be counter productive
