Once I made contact ,cust serv was great But I ordered two samples (Fri 1/5) and was told that wld take 3-5 business days to receive them .and wld be notified when they shipped As of today I have not received any notification that they were even shipped yet I am meeting w my client(I am an Interior Designer) tomorrow and was hoping to have the samples so we can go ahead w placing our order. Please let me know when i can expect these samples Thanks Eve Semel

textur on top of table was differnt than expected. delivery was challenging

charging $25 for samples is unreasonable

I don't know yet. I'm waiting for shop drawings based on the template the contractor sent last week.

Still have not received product. It has been 7 weeks and we were told it would be produced within a 4-6 week window. Our project is on hold due to this delay and no communication this week to let us know if we are closer.
