I work for Trueform. I create orders for Material Bank. All is well!

Luke and the team at TrueForm are exceptional! Communicative, responsive, dot their i’s and cross their t’s. As a GC working with different suppliers, their customer service is unmatched. Looking forward to more projects with them.

Sample I ordered was not what I was looking for

So far the experience has been exceptional. Working with Aimee during the design and order phase as well as with Luke during the shop drawing phase has been a joy. Their assistance has been invaluable. I eagerly await the products order so I can begin the installation phase.

Luke was excellent, by any measure. He assisted promptly with the order, detailed modifications to the shop drawings, and follow-ups on surface blemishes and routine maintenance advice.
