Customer service was outstanding.

Really happy with this protective shirt. Feels light when riding & allows for the upper body to breathe throught the vents. Only caveat would be for me that's a bit on the thin side aruond the waist - it sits a bit loose, so velcro straps to tighten or similar could be a future product improvement. Great product overall, definitely recommended!
