Just a minor hiccup with a tracking number and whom the carrier was. But I was familiar with the number and knew who the carrier was. Troy Lee immediately reached out to me regarding the absence of "carrier" information attached to the tracking number and stated they would look to resolve further issues. Have to commend them for acknowledging and trying to rectify in the future. A really great company to deal with. . . definitely be getting my future purchases. Oh, and shipping was not quite Amazon, but better than the rest!
